President Xi Jinping has sent a congratulatory letter to an international seminar to mark the 30th anniversary of UN declaration on the right to development.

In his message, the Chinese President said sharing development plays an important role in pushing forward human rights cooperation.

The president also said that China has actively participated in global governance and has been working to help other developing countries develop.

Xi Jinping hopes that the international community can continue to work together to build a fair, open, comprehensive and innovative environment for development.
