Chinese President Xi Jinping has wrapped up his state visit to the Czech Republic.
As part of his final day there, he has overseen the signing of 15 separate agreements between Chinese and Czech companies.
The deal covers areas such as nuclear energy, basic infrastructure, finance, automobiles and civil aviation.
Xi Jinping says he believes the Czech Republic is poised to be a important partner for China.
"China keeps an open mind when it comes to cooperation and advocates a new type of international relations that highlight win-win results. The Czech Republic has attached importance to opening-up and cooperation, played an important role in both European affairs and multilateral cooperation frameworks. We are both willing to advance the cooperation between China and countries in the central and Eastern Europe region, and this meanwhile, also injects momentum to our bilateral cooperation."
Xi Jinping's trip to the Czech Republic this week is the first time a Chinese president has made an official visit to the country since diplomatic ties were established with the former Czechoslovakia 67 years ago.
He led a delegation of some 200 Chinese business officials, with deals worth some 6-billion euros signed over the 3-day trip.
China has been the Czech Republic's largest trading partner outside the European Union for years.
Chinese investment in the Czech Republic surged to 1.6 billion US dollars last year, up from some 200 million 3-years ago.
