From April 2nd to the 4th, visitors whose surname is Zhu can get free tickets for several viewing areas of the Ming Dynasty Tombs, which can save 165 Yuan per person. An officer for the tombs administration said that ancestor worship is the main event during Tomb-sweeping Day. This year's grand royal worship ceremony will be held in Chang tomb area. The ceremony will be held twice a day once at 9:30am and again at 2:30pm. In the Ming Dynasty, the emperor's surname is Zhu. Any Mr. or Ms. Zhu, will receive free visits to the Ding Tomb, Chang Tomb, Zhao Tomb and God Road. Tradition has two kinds of official worship ceremonies.
