Recently, Heilongjiang Province came out with new measures of boosting cross border e-commerce healthy and rapid development. It will build the country’s regional cross-border e-commerce trading center, logistics center and settlement center.

Heilongjiang Province will promote the construction of province cross border e-commerce platform, focusing support in the development of Heilongjiang’s well-known cross border e-commerce platform which were represented by COME365, www.intkit.ru and Trade Ease. Promoted cross-border e-commerce companies to enter the overseas market; establish overseas market, logistics, warehousing and express delivery network providing marketing promotion, logistics, warehousing , express delivery and after-sales service and other cross-border e-commerce services; the establishment of global cross-border e-commerce merchandising channel. It will further extend and widen channel the Harbin-Russia cross-border e-commerce airfreight; increase air cargo and passenger and transport mix from Harbin to Russia’s major cities. It promotes the air line of Harbin to North America; builds cross-border e-commerce express centre; provide cross-border e-commerce sorting and distribution of imported goods services to address the issues of cross-border e-commerce logistics problem which might occur after the opening of Harbin-North American routes .
