2016 “Longjiang Color” Camera phone International Photography Competition launched on March 1^st. Competing for first, second and third prize. The winner of the first prize will follow the professional photographers to go into the magnificent Arctic glacier. It will start the first ever 15-days photograph expedition in the Arctic scenery.

The event is organized by the Heilongjiang Provincial Tourism Bureau, Information Office of Heilongjiang Provincial Government and other units. The whole competition divides into four phases. From March to May 1^st collects longjiang’s natural landscape to wide shutterbugs in recent years; May 1^st to June 1^st collects beautiful scenery of works in springtime which shows that spring returns to the good earth and flowers bloom; June 1^st to September 15^th collects photography works of cool wetland and forests.; September 15^th to October 15^th collects beautiful scenery Heilongjiang autumn of 5 huashan (flower mountain) gorgeous views.
