Canada's Factors Group has signed a licensing agreement with China's Tongrentang International to distribute its flagship Natural Factors brand of natural health products in China.

The agreement gives the Beijing-based Chinese healthcare company exclusive rights to distribute the Canadian product online and in physical stores.

It will also further expand Tongrentang's cross-border e-commerce market.

For Factors Group, the deal is a strategic step in its continuing expansion into the global export market.

The Canadian health product manufacturer is one of the largest manufacturers of vitamins and nutritional supplements in North America, with facilities in nine locations across Canada and the United States.
