It is being reported computer giant IBM is planning to sell off its remaining shares of Chinese computer firm Lenovo.
IBM is reportedly offering 182 million shares to investors at a price of 80-US cents each.
This would net IBM around 150-million US dollars.
Goldman Sachs is running the share sale.
Neither IBM or Lenovo has made comment.
IBM has been undergoing a restructuring, which has included massive job cuts, since last year
