The 8th annual Johannesburg International Mozart Festival (JIMF) kicked off here Saturday, starting with two popular Viennese New Year Concerts which are given by South African conductor Richard Cock and Johannesburg Festival Orchestra and Joburg Ballet on the first two days. Running from Jan. 23 to Feb. 7, 2016 and with the theme of "Alla Turca (in the Turkish style)" this year, the JIMF this year are scheduled to bring 19 concerts, workshop and master classes.
