[File Photo: 163.com] The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has launched anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigations against some animal feed ingredients produced in the United States. The move comes after Chinese producers claimed that such products were sold to China at prices "below normal value" and hurt the domestic industry. Chinese producers have also argued that such products were subsidized by the U.S. government. According to the MOC, the investigation into the products should last around one year under normal conditions.
