![]() “Man-Han Banquet” is the palace feast of Qing dynasty period. It generally serves 108 dishes (each north and south serves 54 dishes). On 12th, vice-chairman of Heilongjiang Province Intangible Cultural Heritage Academy, chef of ice city Zhang Jinchun showed “North-clique of Man-Han Banquet” which gave priority to with the northeast ingredients and blends together the traditional and modern cooking methods.
