Harbin’s Central Avenue will hold the 2015 Ice and Snow Culture Festival. The whole avenue will be divided into four areas comprising of different themes including; European style, anime and cartoon, charming music and romance. Each will have many amazing ice and snow sculptures on display.

From December 24^th to 26^th, Chief Santa Claus Veli-Matti Vaarala who comes from Finland will interact, revel and celebrate Christmas. Everyday from 2 pm, the team which is composed of by romance festooned vehicles, Russian beauties dance troupe and Santa Claus square will be doing parades. Each merchant of the Central Avenue will close at a later time of 9:30pm and will take part in a window decoration contest, Christmas shopping promotions and other activities.
