State Councilor and Public Security Minister Guo Shengkun will visit the United States from Sunday to Thursday to chair the first China-U.S. high-level joint dialogue on cybercrime.

During the visit, Guo will also co-chair the second ministerial meeting between the Chinese Public Security Ministry and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security with Secretary Jeh Johnson, according to a Foreign Ministry press release.
