A photo shows a special collision protection device which was installed under the Chongqing Wanzhou Yangtze River Bridge in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality on November 28, 2015. The device is arc-shaped reflecting the characteristics of the bridges in the canyon. It can also rise and fall according to water levels. With its special structural design and rigidity, the device can help prevent ships from capsizing or sinking after a collision, while protecting the bridge from damage. [Photo: Xinhua]
