![]() The Duzhe magazine. [File Photo: chinanews.com] Duzhe Publishing & Media Corporation is planning to raise 500 million yuan, or 80 million US dollars, in a Shanghai initial public offering. Subscription is set to begin on December 1. The company is going to issue 60 million new shares, pushing its total shares to 240 million. Figure shows that Duzhe earned revenue of 550 million yuan during the first three quarters this year, a 10 percent rise compared with the same period of last year. The IPO was originally planned in July. However, issuance of new shares was suspended by the China Securities Regulatory Commission due to the market rout in the summer. |
