The band is known for using symphonies, choirs and synthesizers to create rock sounds. It will be its first tour of China. The band began in the early 1990s in the English county of Devon. Their successful debut album, Showbiz, was released towards the end of that decade and featured hit singles such as Sunburn and Unintended. One of their biggest moments came in 2012, when they performed their song, Survival, at the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games in London. The band now boasts seven studio albums that have sold more than 15 million copies worldwide and a string of awards. |
