A day after it was leaked online, director Zack Snyder has released the official new trailer for "Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice."

Ben Affleck's interpretation of Batman takes center stage in the new trailer amid a montage of commentators wondering aloud whether Superman is a defender of mankind or a potential threat.

The film stars as Superman.

DC Comics mainstays Wonder Woman and Aqua Man are set to make their big-screen debuts.

Gal Gadot will handle the golden lasso, while Jason Momoa has been tapped to be the man who can talk with fish.

Jesse Eisenberg plays Lex Luthor in the new film.

"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is set for release in late March of next year.
