Anyone who's bought a project created by Evergrande won't need to give a reason when they ask for a refund. The company says its part of a commitment to provide high-quality products to home buyers. The new refund policy will cover some 300 residential projects across the country. Evergrande's property sales jumped 31 percent by value and 22 percent by volume last year, making the company one of the most financially-sound real estate developers in China at a time when the entire industry is undergoing a massive slowdown. Evergrande is forecasting sales of some 24-billion US dollars this year.
