　　In front of the camera, she was an innocent widow seduced by a playboy. In reality, actress Zhang Ziyi was just a happy birthday girl.

　　Although eight months have passed since her 33rd birthday, photos were released recently showing Zhang reveling in her birthday party on the set of the film "Dangerous Liaisons" earlier this year.

　　In the photos, the actress was flanked by people including director Hur Jin-ho and co-star Jang Dong-gun, who had gathered around a table with a cake, bouquet of flowers and basket of fruit on it.

　　It was February 9, 2012, and the production crew was close to finishing shooting the movie. Everyone was told to attend a meeting, which turned out to be a surprise celebration for Zhang's birthday.

　　"Dangerous Liaisons" opened in Chinese cinemas on September 27. In the film, Zhang plays a widow who becomes the target of a playboy (Jang Dong-gun). The womanizer, however, ends up falling in love with her.
