Linkou Lotus Cliff Scenic Spot is a national AAA scenic spot. It includes forest, lakes, strange cliffs and odd stones. There are corridors on the water, lotus bubbles, strange stones, lotus pots, thin strips of sky, lions making fun of stupid monkeys, Bajie Peeping Lust, Couple Basin, Reclining Buddha Rock, Crocodile Viewing Sea and other magnificent natural spots from the north to south. Besides these, there are some humanity spots like Lotus Fairy Statue, Ouxiangxie and wall built-up corridor. Ancient plank road in Lotus Bubble is the only wall built-up corridor. 208 steps which is one of climbing roads in Lotus Cliff stand for throwing away 208 troubles in Buddhism. Another path is along corridor on the water to wall built-up corridor. You can see “couple basin”, “Lianleishi”, “lions making fun of stupid monkeys”, “Hutou Rock”, “Crocodile Viewing Sea” and “Reclining Buddha Rock” from plank roads in cliffs to climb Lotus Cliff. The most famous in the peak is magical “Lotus Basin” with a long and mysterious legend.
