Parks: 1 Jingyu Park Harbin Daowai District Jingyu Park is located in Jingyu No.20 Street, Daowai District. Its floor space is 52.528 thousand square meters. It was built in 1917 and is one of the parks built during early times. It was in memory of the Anti-Japanese national hero General Yang Jingyu, and renamed “Jingyu Park” in 1985. 2 Yiman Park The park located in Yiman Street Nangang District. It was built in 1986, and is over 3000 square meters. Situated in the park is a bronze bust of the martyr Zhao Yiman for the people of the masses to pay tribute. 3 Zhaolin Park Zhaolin Park was built in 1906 and has a long history. It has 4 development periods. It was named “Board of Directors Park” at first and then renamed “Special City Park”. After liberation, it was called “Daoli Park”. On March 9th, 1946, General Li Zhaolin was buried here. Therefore, Heilongjiang Provincial Government named it "Zhaolin Park". 4 Stalin Park Stalin Park is one of the attractions where you can avoid the summer heat at the Songhua River bank. On the opposite side of the park is Sun Island. It was built in 1953 with the length of 1750 meters. It is an open park built along an embankment in the shape of a belt. The floor space is 105 thousand square meters. The park is well-known both home and abroad and is modeled on Russian classic architectural style, “colorful grass flower terrace” across the park and 16 groups of art sculptures spread among the grass include “Swans Open out the Wings”, “Three Teenagers”, “Start”, “Diving” and “Sword Dancing”.
