Jacob Cheung's new fantasy film, "Rest on Your Shoulder", tells a touching story about love and sacrifice set in what appears to be a fairyland, as a new trailer shows.

Accompanied by music written by renowned Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi, the trailer shows a picturesque landscape of jungles, waterfalls and small ponds on a fictitious island where the story is set.

Actor Chen Kun plays a botanist who works and lives on the island with his fiancée, played by Jiang Yiyan. But soon he suffers a strange disease, and in order to save his life, his fiancée sacrifices her own. The botanist recovers discovering the absence of his fiancée, and the presence of a butterfly.

Actresses Gigi Leung and Kwai Lun-mei play the botanist's neighbors who are involved in the love story.

The film is slated for release in June.
