The intangible cultural heritage resources of Heilongjiang province's are very rich. Some has already entered the creation of literature and art all categories, producing a great number of outstanding works; Some has entered the tourism culture industry ranks, creating both social benefits and economic benefits. On March 27, 2007, the government of Heilongjiang province unveiled the first batch of provincial non-material cultural heritage list, which add up to 57 items. 9 of them are on the state-level non-material cultural heritage list. | |
