Heilongjiang is a multiracial province lies in the border area, it is also a migrant province. More than 90% of the population is the Han nationality. Although the population of minority nationality is rare, but there has many ethnic groups. There are 10 main indigenous minorities, they are: The Man nationality, The Hui nationality, The Chaoxian nationality, The Menggu nationality, The Dawoer nationality, The Elunchun nationality, The Ewenke nationality, The Keerkezi nationality, The Hezhe nationality, The Xibo nationality, most of these indigenous minorities’ historical change and folks are based on community. Among these minorities The Man nationality, The Menggu nationality, The Elunchun nationality, The Ewenke nationality, The Dawoer nationality are abundant in mythologies. The Hezhe nationality, The Elunchun nationality, The Dawoer nationality has spread some harangue stories with hero theme for a long time, such as “The Yimakan” of The Hezhe nationality, “The Mosulun” of The Elunchun nationality and “The Wuqin” of The Dawoer nationality and so on. These epic stories is the precious wealth of the Heilongjiang cultural.

Since Morden Times, the big multiracial province, Heilongjiang has gradually became a bordered, national cultural speciality with a good combination of Chinese and Western elements. At the early age of Qing dynasty, the migrant from “Liuren” and the civilized “Longxingzhidi” brought some excellent traditions which has combine with the native cultural. At the early age of 20 century, the seaport of Heilongjiang, especially Haerbin, Heihe and Suifenhe has became the international business center. Different countries and nationalities has different cultural speciality, these specialities has became an important part of Heilongjiang cultural after well communicatiom.

Heilongjiang province are rich in cultural heritage, some has gone with the creative work which produced many outstanding works, some has enter the tourist industry and produced social benefits and economic returns.
