Chinese mainland actor Chen Kun's recording of the theme song from his latest film, "My Ex-wife's Wedding," has been released, along with a music video, Mtime.com reports.

The song, entitled "Encountering you" ("Yu Jian Ni" in Chinese) is a sad ballad from Chen's new album "Mystery ME." The singer has prepared more than 10 of his own songs for the film, but finally selected this one.

Chen said the lyrics tell a story similar to the one in the film and describe the upset feelings of two lovers who impulsively separate. He said the song makes people think about their past happiness.
