Shanghai Free Trade Zone signed an agreement with Harbin Institute of Technology Group in the beginning of 2014. Shanghai Free Trade Zone Heilongjiang operating center and Russia Pavilion settled Harbin Hanan International Trade Convention and Exhibition Center. The center plans on put into operation in September. It will access the relevant preferential policies of Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
