    British stage comedy "Out of Order" performed by the Harbin Modern Drama Theater has caused a sensation among the ice city's audience.

    "Out of Order" is one of the best stage works of British Dramatist Ray Cooney and it won the author Laurence Oliver Prize Best Comedy Award in 1991. The Harbin Modern Drama Theater has recently purchased the drama's exclusive property right in China and put it on the stage.

    Since the city of Harbin was born with a strong European cultural flavor and life style, western arts especially drama has a solid foundation among the city's people. And this time's Harbin version "Out of Order" is winning acclaim from local audience and each performance is at full capacity.

    The story tells about Conservative Government MP, Richard Willey attempts to have a love affair with one of the secretaries of the Opposition leader in a London hotel. However, through a comedy of errors that involve strange persons nothing goes as planned.

    Out of Order will run on the Harbin stage until March 28th.
